​ZoomOSC v5.0.0 brings a brand new user interface and updated processing system based on the latest innovations added to ZoomISO v3
 

• ZoomOSC can now be licensed when signed in with a Zoom account that has the Enhanced Media Add-On license assigned.

  • The existing Zoom Webinars and Events platform license method remains in-place as an alternative. 

• ZoomOSC now uses the new meeting join flow and video input selection system introduced in ZoomISO v3, including support for direct NDI, BMD, and AJA inputs

• Added a new in-app OSC Command Browser

  • This interactive, searchable table shows all commands supported in this version of ZoomOSC, organized by category, alongside information for what the command does, how to structure it, and any prerequisites

  • The edit button on each command card opens an interactive mode where values and value types can be edited. Copy buttons are also available on each card.

  • A simulator has been added for viewing examples of constructing commands with different target types and values

  • Each card contains an enablement toggle, allowing OSC inputs and outputs to be individually set to on or off states, helping reduce unnecessary traffic or exposure

  • Some commands that directly trigger an output have a linked command element to jump between the related commands 

  • In ZoomOSC, this new command browser appears as one of the primary tabs of the main application window

• The deprecated targetID integer identifier in the OSC system has been replaced with pID, a unique identifier string for each participant that can persist across waiting rooms, breakout rooms, and brief disconnections.

  • OSC outputs that previously contained the targetID integer in the body or prefix now contain the pID string

  • pID is a new string-based target type for incoming commands

  • targetID target type is no longer available for incoming commands

• ZoomOSC will now automatically resolve conflicts between ASCII and UTF-8 characters when attempting to target a user by name via an incoming OSC command using the same name bits as the equivalent OSC output for that username 

• The license level OSC output is now a boolean instead of a multi-state integer 

• Added new app logo and splash screen

• Improved OSC processing efficiency

• OSC Logs are now consolidated into the main Logs tab in Settings

• Improved OSC logs to show incoming arguments 

• Saving App logs now automatically merges in the OSC logs to the exported file

• Fixed issue with active speaker OSC command

• Fixed crash caused by illegal arguments sent from 3rd party OSC applications on some commands

• Updated Zoom Meeting SDK to v7.2.1
