Dear Valued Customer,

In accordance with Zoom’s Software Quarterly Lifecycle Policy, we are writing to inform our customers that ZoomOSC for Windows v4.3.0, which is based on Zoom Meeting SDK versions earlier than 5.16.10, will reach end-of-support on August 3rd, 2024. While we will continue to update and support ZoomOSC on macOS, there will be no further releases for the Windows version of the product. Beginning on August 3rd, Zoom’s minimum version enforcement setting will prevent ZoomOSC for Windows from connecting to meetings and webinars.
Customers who wish to continue using ZoomOSC will be required to transition to the macOS version of the application by August 3rd in order to avoid any disruptions in service and functionality.
As an alternative, developers who built Zoom integrations using ZoomOSC for Windows may also consider migrating to the Zoom Meeting SDK directly, which is available on Windows in multiple frameworks including C++, C#, and Unreal Engine.

ZoomOSC Pro customers who do not wish to transition to the macOS version of the application should cancel their subscriptions via the billing portal before August 3rd, 2024. The application download will remain available on the website until this date.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and please feel free to reply to this email with any questions or concerns.
